The Arget is a video server Ingest and Timing application.

Arget will control a video server input port for material ingest and timing. Arget will also control a VTR for playback into the video server.

The Arget Timing feature allows multi-segment timing of a single clip in the video server. Clips may also be trimmed using the timing feature.

Arget will write clip data to the video server internal database or an external media database.
